This Fused Glass Art Panel is painted with glass enamel. The base glass is Soft Yellow Opal / Deep Red Opal Streaky. This particular composition of glasses not only darkens when fired, but the possibility exists for other colors to appear. In this case, the dark blues are caused by a slight reaction when the intertwined glass colors are kiln fired. The beauty in the piece is it’s simplicity and the mood of being somewhere else, the peace that it evokes. This handmade art piece measures approximately 16” wide by 8” tall.
